To enroll in Junior Group, Squad, or Hotshot programs, you must register your child and full payment is required before the first class begins. Enrollment is secured once the student is listed on the class roll.
Enrollment in our programs constitutes the purchase of a term of packaged lessons.
1. Packaged Term fees are calculated based on the weekly class fee multiplied by the term length in weeks, once a student’s name is listed on the roll.
2. A late payment incurs a $20 administrative fee.
3. Full payment of term fees is required, regardless of public holidays, as the cost covers the complete set of packaged lessons.
4. Make-up vouchers are issued for lessons missed due to public holidays, illness, or weather cancellations. Make-up vouchers are only valid and can only be used within 100 days of a missed class while a student is actively enrolled and term fees have been paid in full.
5. Students can accrue up to 5 make-up classes per term. Excess make-ups are not redeemable.
6. Make-up vouchers cannot be exchanged for discounts or credits towards lesson fees.
7. Indoor facilities may be used during bad weather.
8. A doctor’s certificate is required for a make-up voucher due to sickness.
9. No refunds after the second lesson, but you can transfer the remaining lessons to another person.
10. Government Active Kids Vouchers are accepted.
Note: Enrollment does not auto-renew; you must confirm each term. Trial group lessons are for first-time attendees only.
